Dr. Rigaud Desir Jr., CEO and founder of Desir Counseling, Consulting & professional Services is a highly qualified professional who holds a license as a Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida, as well as a certification as a Vocational Evaluator, Rehabilitation Counselor, and a National Certified Counselor. Throughout his career, he has assisted clients with many concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, life transitions, relationship issues, depression, stress management, disability management, disability adjustment, death and loss, self-advocacy, academic guidance, LGBT+ related issues, and caregiver fatigue. He also specializes in working with individuals facing challenges in their career.

Serving diverse clients, she holds dual master's degrees in Mental Health and Rehabilitation Counseling, along with certifications as a Rehabilitation Counselor and Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
